We act as an intermediary between candidates and employers. We do not guarantee employment placement, nor do we guarantee that any particular candidate will be presented to or hired by a client company.

3. User Responsibilities

• Keep your contact information and professional profile up to date
• Not misrepresent your qualifications, experience, work authorization, or any other material facts

• Not attempt to circumvent our services by directly contacting client companies for positions introduced by Founders Connect without our involvement

Job descriptions and candidate profiles shared through our platform remain the intellectual property of their respective owners and are provided solely for the purpose of facilitating the recruiting process.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Founders Connect shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of our services, including but not limited to:

• Loss of employment opportunities or income
• Damages resulting from hiring decisions made by client companies
• Inaccuracies or errors in job listings, candidate profiles, or salary information
• Any disruption, delay, or failure of our website or services
• Actions or omissions of third parties, including client companies and candidates

Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the fees paid to us in connection with the specific engagement giving rise to the claim.

• Candidate personal and professional information shared for recruiting purposes
