What's a contingency fee?

A contingency fee means you only pay when you successfully hire a candidate we introduce. There's no upfront cost or retainer — the fee is a percentage of the hire's first-year base salary, due upon their start date.

For contingency engagements, payment is due when your new hire starts. For retained searches, a portion is paid upfront to secure dedicated resources, with the remainder due upon placement. Embedded engagements are billed monthly.

Is there a guarantee?

Yes. Every plan includes a replacement guarantee. If a hire doesn't work out within the guarantee period (90 days), we'll restart the search at no additional cost.

What if the hire doesn't work out?

If a placement leaves or is let go within the guarantee period, we replace them for free. We stand behind our work because we invest heavily in vetting for long-term fit, not just filling seats.
